Refund policy

All machines sold by Game Vault Warehouse are fully inspected and serviced prior to sale. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been dispatched.

If your item arrives with damage caused during freight, please photograph the damage immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We will assist where we can, however freight damage claims are the responsibility of the customer and their transit insurer.

If you have any concerns about a purchase prior to dispatch, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
