Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Game Vault Warehouse. Due to the size and weight of our products — including pinball machines and arcade cabinets — shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically at checkout.

How shipping works: After your order is placed, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to arrange a shipping quote based on your location and the item(s) purchased. Freight is organised through specialist carriers experienced in handling large and heavy items.

Shipping costs will be confirmed before dispatch, and payment for freight will be arranged separately.

Freight damage: Game Vault Warehouse takes care in packaging all items for transport; however, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during freight. We strongly encourage all customers to arrange transit insurance prior to dispatch. Please contact us before your item ships if you would like assistance with this.
